Dallas-Fort Worth Data Center Update

Below is a message from the President and CEO of Rackspace about the recent events in our Dallas Data Center (DFW). Since parts of The Rackspace Cloud are also located in the DFW Data Center, and were affected by these issues, I join my voice to his and sincerely apologize for these disruptions. We know these failures negatively impact your sites and applications hosted on our Cloud.

Some of our customers have been directly affected by recent outages in a portion of our Dallas-Fort Worth Data Center. Others of you may have heard about it and are following it closely. An interruption like this is not up to our Fanatical Support standards and we are working hard to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future…..
