Every product comes with Fanatical Support®. But how it works is a little different for each of our cloud services. With Cloud Servers, you get more control and customization of your infrastructure to build your own hosting solutions. Cloud Sites, on the other hand, offers a load-and-go platform that's easy to use. Of course that means some technology choices on Cloud Sites—like how to do load-balancing or which kernel to use—are made for you. Really it's a personal decision of how flexible or prescriptive you want the solution to be.


With Cloud Sites, we handle the networking, the operating system, the server applications, and the security. Our Configuration Management System ensures that security updates are rolled out as soon as they are made available.

With Cloud Servers, we manage the network, the hardware, and the virtualization layer. You get full control of your virtual instance – that means you call the shots when it comes to the OS, server applications and code.

Cloud Files & EC2 Support

For Cloud Files, we ensure that your media content is securely stored, replicated and available to you when you need it. If you're utilizing the built-in CDN capabilities, you can be sure that your content is being served rapidly to your users around the planet with the same level of commitment and enthusiasm. We maintain the software and the underlying hardware so that it scales seamlessly with your usage. Additionally, where many providers take the approach of, "Here's an API, what more do you need?" we actively maintain our different code libraries, updating them consistently and ensuring they are bug-free so you can make the most of your unique code.
